Do I really need special supplies, or will any holder work?

Not all holders are created equal. Some materials can react with metal over time and cause damage or discoloration. We carry supplies specifically designed to be safe for long-term coin storage.

What's the difference between a coin flip and a sealed case?

Flips are lightweight, flexible holders good for everyday handling or temporary storage. Sealed cases offer stronger, airtight protection ideal for long-term storage or higher-value coins.

Can improper storage actually lower a coin's value?

Yes. Exposure to air, moisture, and handling oils can cause toning, corrosion, or surface damage — all of which can meaningfully reduce a coin’s grade and value over time.

Do you carry supplies for graded (slabbed) coins as well as loose coins?

Yes. We carry supplies suited for both graded coins in their certified holders and ungraded, loose coins that need protection.
